My Client are seeking a motivated Setting Out Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in construction or civil engineering. The ideal candidate will assist with site surveying, marking out, and ensuring precise measurements for building foundations, structures, and utilities. Working across 3 Sites in Derry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting out and surveying for construction projects.
• Interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Ensure accuracy in alignment, level, and dimensions of structures.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and site staff.
• Maintain records of work performed and measurements taken.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a setting out or site engineering role.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site plans.
• Relevant engineering degree or diploma.
