With a plethora of well-known and recognisable alcohol brands to their name, this client are a leader in the global FMCG spaceOur client invests significantly in direct-to-consumer propositions and the newly created role will be instrumental in building a rigorous strategy to bring our plans alive across The Bar at Home flagship store at 1HQ. It is the role of the Omnichannel Activation Manager to work closely with our D2C and store team to understand the needs of shoppers and then collaborate with the brand teams to create the programmes and tools that guarantee amazing execution of our brands at the point of purchase, drive traffic to our store and build the strategy to elevate our approach to offer a unified experience across both digital and physical spaces. The Omnichannel Activation Manager will project manage perfect execution of the commercial calendar, through their experiences gained within FMCG or related industries in building best in class activations and be instrumental in the future vision for how we bring these to life in a dynamic environment.There are 3 key elements to role:1) Activations -Implementing the activation calendar/omnichannel links to our client sites and customers2) Driving footfall: targeting tourists, local businesses and local residents to increase the footfall within TBAH3) PR and events: Working with local businesses, influencers and brand teams to build awareness of TBAHTop AccountabilitiesLead the creation of the activation strategy for The Bar at Home (TBAH) store, elevating our approach to drive best in class results, externally benchmarked against top tier companies.Lead a best in class approach to generating footfall into the store, covering PR, B2B relationships and other events to generate interest and achieve our vision of the number 1 spirits store in LondonCreate a clear strategy to driving footfall into the TBAH store and converting consumers to sale via impactful activations, PR and initiatives such as local Soho business discounts.Regular reporting required - conduct M&E (Measuring and Evaluation) on activations and share in a format relevant to the broader GB business, global brand teams and Global teams - aligned to KPI's relevant for all key stakeholders i.e. P&L delivery, ROAS and others.Manage and utilise A&P budgetWork with brand and global teams to execute joint test and learn initiatives.Source POS and execute across the sites, with focus on delivering the best CX and brand representation within TBAHDeliver an Omnichannel approach, linking the store back to the Bar and delivering a seamless customer experience across both sites.Create and implement new digital experiences in the store such as Whats Your Whisky.Skills: Ideal experiences / Qualifications / capabilitiesMinimum 5+ years within an FMCG or related industry experienceInternal or external experience as Digital Activation / Customer Marketing Manager / Shopper Marketing equivalent (+3 years)Excellent attention to detailProject Management, Analytical and core selling skills.Time management & prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.Desire to create change & to build the execution tracking function.Proactive relationship builderHigh resilience & positive attitude - able to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team cross-functionally.Problem solver & solution-based team player who can deal with ambiguity & adapt quicklyHigh attention to detail.Education:
