Site Based Project Manager - Flooring

Ealing HQ - London + Surrounding Areas

£50,000 - £60,000 + Package PAYE

or Circa £300 a day CIS on a perm contract

Information on the role

• Manage sites from set-up to handover and evaluation
• Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
• Track and report at weekly client update meetings
• Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
• Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
• Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
• Manage and maintain all H&S requirements

What we'd like from you

• Proven Site Management experience in the Flooring industry i.e., Residential, Commercial, Stairways/Staircases, Concrete & Stone
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Willingness to travel to Sites
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
