Site Based Project Manager Manchester Fit Out - £60,000 - £70,000 & Package
I am recruiting for a Site Based Project Manager to control fit out and refurbishment projects. This is a strategic appointment which is due to repeat business with one of the leading fit out and construction contractors in the UK.
My client are a North West based fit out and refurbishment contractor that operate on a nationwide basis. They are in the process of strengthening their existing team and require a Site Based Project Manager.
You will work with varying management team between 2 4 depending on the size of the projects, which can range from £1,000,000 - £(phone number removed). You will have a proven track record of delivering city centre projects.
You will have a collaborative management style and be a constant presence on site, you will liaise with each Site Manager and report to the visiting Operations Manager. You will forge close relationships with Designers, Commercial Teams, Clients and your team.
Projects:
- Retail fit out
- Cut and carve
- Values from £1,000,000 - £(phone number removed).
- Department stores
Individual:
- Proven ability to control projects up to £(phone number removed).
- Fit out & Refurbishment experience
- Construction and experience
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Ability to manage teams of up to 3 Site Managers
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Joinery background ideally
