I am working alongside a leading earthworks and remediation contractor. They are looking to onboard a site engineer to manage the engineering of an earthworks package being delivered in Birmingham. My client operate heavily across the West Midlands and neighbouring counties.

Site engineer responsibilities:

• Conducting daily site surveys.
• Producing and recording As-built surveys.
• Quality assurance.
• Maintaining machine control.
• Checking levels.
• Volume calculations.
• Liaising with the client.
• Reporting to project manager.

Site engineer requirements:

• RIght to work in the UK.
• CSCS card.
• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or surveying.
• Proficient with Leica GPS/ total station surveying equipment.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• Proficient with LSS or N4CE or Trimble business centre.
• Previous experience with bulk earthworks.
• Full UK driving licence.
