We require a highly experienced Site Foreman (minimum 5 years in a Foreman position) to join a 35m + commercial project starting in Guildford this September.

• SSSTS as a minimum / SMSTS adventurous

• Responsible for scheduling, co-coordinating and supervising the work of site operatives

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Solve challenging problems and proactively find solutions in changing situations

• Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders

• Understand and apply safe working practice

• Carry out risk assessments

• Be proactive with good communication skills

• Managing equipment and materials required

• Prepare materials, lists and arrange deliveries in advance
