Company Branding:

A Prestigious Housing Developer are looking for a freelance Site Manager for holiday cover starting 28th August. The project is traditional new build housing to a high-quality standard.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• Valid First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of traditional house building techniques
• Excellent site management skills and man management
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
