My client are leading groundworks contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver an ongoing residential development in Gloucestershire. My client deliver medium to large scale groundworks packages for predominantly residential developments however, they do also deliver smaller civils packages.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Working alongside the project manager.
• Site supervision.
• Managing health & safety.
• QA/QC.
• Record keeping.
• Managing plant, labour and materials.
• Site inspections.
• Tool box talks.
• Liaising with the client.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card.
• SSSTS/SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Previous experience with residential groundworks.
• Full UK driving licence.
