This project is a high profile project for a large educational institution and offers an ambitious Site Manager the opportunity to progress their career towards project management.Your new roleAs Site Manager on this project you will reporting to an exceptional Project Manager who has followed the same path from site management to project management. Working with them, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all site operations, ensuring they are carried out safely and in line with agreed methodology. As the leader on-site, it will be your responsibility to drive a positive and inclusive culture which emphasises quality and safety across all activities. You will do this by setting the right example and standards with your own team of Assistants and Engineers which will then be driven through the subcontractors.What you'll need to succeedOur client is a growing business, so they require their key people to be ambitious and driven to take the next step in their career. You will ideally be a degree-qualified construction professional who is seeking to progress towards project management and beyond. Your expertise in new build commercial construction is accepted.
