Randstad are recruiting for a Site Agent to join a heavy civils large scale project.
It is for a leading contractor on a long term project (12 months +)
Tickets required: CSCS, SMSTS
Please note the role is INSIDE IR35/ PAYE
Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Lead on-site teams, fostering a safety-focused environment.
- Act as a key client liaison for effective communication.
- Enforce health and safety protocols and oversee quality control.
- Collaborate on budget management with the Project Manager.
- Provide regular project progress updates.
