O'Neill & Brennan

O'Neill and Brennan are assisting a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a freelance position that will be 8 weeks worth of work.

They need a site manager to manage some balcony bracket remedial works.

Ability to engage and control various trades regarding lifting of timber floors, breaking up screed around services, removing plasterboard ceilings, protection of the works, control of keys/access, monitoring the remedial work and the reinstatement to hand back to our finishing team.

You will need to be hands on and be out with the operatives undertaking the opening up and remedial work.
