Position: Freelance Site Manager (Groundworks and new build/ refurbishment projects), Bridgwater
Rate: £270-£300 a day umbrella CIS or PAYE
Duration: 12 months/ongoing
Role: Freelance Site Manager required to work on a variety of projects for a principal contractor working on either modular build projects, refurbishments and groundwork schemes as part of a march larger infrastructure scheme in Bridgwater. Projects range in value from £500k-£5m in value.
Individual: Candidate will have worked for a recognised main contractor in the build or civils sector and have a proven track record of delivering schemes of a similar nature from start to completion. Ideally in a security cleared environment but not essential. Security clearance will need to be obtained though so a clear working history with references is required. Candidate will need to be client facing, strong on health and safety and dealing with subcontractors.
