Site Manager Façade Projects

We re looking for a confident, experienced Site Manager to take the lead on fast-paced façade packages across major construction projects.

If you’re someone who thrives on structure, knows how to run a site safely and efficiently, and has a background in external envelope or façade works this could be a brilliant next step in your career.

You ll work closely with the wider project team to keep everything running smoothly: managing labour, site logistics, subcontractors, and quality control from start to finish.

What you ll need:

• Proven experience managing façade works (cladding, glazing, curtain walling, etc.)
• SMSTS and CSCS (management level)
• Strong knowledge of site safety, sequencing, and quality standards
• Confident managing subcontractors and leading teams on-site
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a construction-related field
