O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager (Night Shift) to supervise the night shift of a project in Manchester. Candidates MUST have experience in commercial/industrial projects and must have minimum 5 years experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor Role.

The Role:

• Reporting to Project Manager
• Supervise daily site activity
• Ensuring all works are of a high standard
• Raising RFI's and instructions
• Toolbox talks and inductions
• Review and update construction phase plan
• Maintain weekly site progress Diary
• Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety

Requirements:

• Site Management experience with trade background or construction management degree
• Commercial and main contracting experience
• Excellent IT and Communication skills
• Construction Background
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
