Are you a Site Manager from a main contracting background looking to challenge yourself and progress your career?
If so, we are recruiting for one of the leading contractors in the Midlands who are at the forefront of modern contracting and will be able to keep you on your toes with exciting and challenging projects to work on.
The business you'll be joining is a UK top 10 contractor who has an exceptional reputation of delivering projects between £10m-£200m in value. Most of their workstream is made up of Education, Residential, MOJ and Healthcare schemes, with capability of working in other sectors too. You'll be working as a Site Manager on a £50m School initially.
Ideally, you'll have a background in site management on projects in excess of £15m in value or certainly feel you would be capable with that size of job. If you feel this is a role you're capable of stepping into, we'd also like to speak to you. As you'll be joining one of the UK's leading contractors and probably the busiest contractor in the Midlands, plenty of progression is on offer due to the growing nature of the business. Additionally, bouncing back from a challenging economic climate, this business has the workload secured for 2024 and the majority of 2025 which should see us through any coming recession.
We're willing to be flexible on the package and the salary is what we're expecting to pay for this role however, if you have the skillset we're keen to understand what your expectations are if they differ to what we're offering. You'll receive a bonus of 10% along with a 9% pension, private medial, 27 days holiday and more.
