Site Manager
Location: Within M25 and South
Salary: £55k - £60k + Car Allowance + Mileage + Train Fares

We re currently looking for experienced Site Managers to join a well-established company working on a range of projects, primarily in the industrial sector (75-80%), with some office refurbishments and smaller works. Projects range from £250k to £7m in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all projects are compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and resolve any issues that arise.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience managing industrial projects and office refurbishments.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage projects valued between £250k and £7m.
• Ideally based in or around the M25 and South.
