My client is an award winning main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering projects on time and to budget. Due to an increased workload for 2025 they are looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor and will have good experience in managing new build projects from start to finish to 5m+. Typically my clients portfolio of works includes industrial sheds, retail new build developments and other new build commercial schemes. You must have SMSTS and First Aid. Due to the nature of my clients work the role would not suit those with a predominant housing background. Due to the nature of the work you must be prepared to travel into the North West when required for projects. My client is an excellent employer with an outstanding reputation for staff retention.
