Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Site Manager with a background in water projects. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead a short-term project in South East Wales, starting on 13th January. 4-6 week duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the project progresses on time and to specification.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with water industry regulations and specifications.

About You:

• Proven experience managing projects within the water sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering results.
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
