About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee a dynamic residential construction project from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site activities, including supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Oversee project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Enforce and maintain strict health and safety regulations across the site.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
