Project: 5.5m Student Accommodation Refurbishment
About Us:
Our Client are an Established construction company with a reputation for excellence and innovation. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager who can help deliver a 30-week refurbishment and fit-out student accommodation project.
Your duties will be the general day to day tasks, making sure the trades are working safely, the site is on time and to budget with a project manager back of house to support you if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Implement and monitor health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Regularly review progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
