V7 Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager to work with one of our regional Contractors who work across the Uk building commercial and residential schemes.

What the client has on offer for a Site Manager:

• Long term contract ( 12-15 months)
• Rate dependable on experience
• Opportunity for continuous work after the contract finishes.

Ideal Site Manager Candidate:

• Experience managing internal subcontractors (1st Fix / 2nd Fix / Snagging) would be beneficial
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Driving License

Site Manager Duties:

• Coordinate trades and labour for the internal packages.
• Monitor site performances against the programme.
• Report directly to the Project Manager on site
• Inductions and Toolbox talks
• Ensuring health and safety is kept to a high standard.
