Site Manager
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join a leading Developer for a new Development due to begin.
About the role of Site Manager
The role of Site Manager will see you reporting to the Project Manager, The ideal candidate will be joining this development at the early stages and will require you to oversee all aspect of build and knowledge of 278 works. This development will compose of 250 traditional built units.
This will see you ensuring the team deliver high homes, liaising with subcontractors as well as helping the site achieve targets and NHBC standards.
Requirements for Site Manager
- In depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and 278 works
- Proven ability to deliver weekly targets / KPI's
- Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
- CSCS, 1st Aid and SMSTS
- Previous experience with multi volume housing developer
