My client are a reputable main contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team in London! Projects range from new build and refurbishment. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join! (PERM)

Ideal candidate:

• Main contractor background
• Experience in leading schemes
• Experience in New Build Housing
• Experience on Commercial Apartment builds
• Ambitious and motivated work attitude
• Strong management skills

Duties will include:

• Reporting direct to upline Senior Managers.
• Coordinate trades, labour and equipment.
• Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
• Monitoring site performance against the programme.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
• Quality control.
• Short term programme changes.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
