About the company:
A national developer that specialises in Build to Rent and Shared Ownership developments with a reputation for delivering high quality units.
The project:
A traditional build scheme with annual target to deliver 76 plots for the year of 2025.
The role:
As one of the Site Managers on the scheme your particular responsibility will be to manage 1st and 2nd fix operations on the development.
What you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering internal works packages in line with NHBC standards
- Keen eye for detail.
- Strong management skills to ensure programme is on or ahead of schedule.
- A good level of I.T skills are you will be using a tablet system for inductions and snagging.
- SMSTS is essential
- CSCS Card is essential
- First Aid preferred but non-essential
- Right to Work in the UK
