Site Manager needed, Liverpool, 6 months +, Industrial Newbuild

Your new company
Hays is working with an established contractor within the newbuild commercial and residential sector who is in need of an experienced site manager for a period of 6 plus months from March.
As Site Manager:
You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the construction of a newbuild steel frame industrial project
• Overseeing the project from enabling works to handover
• Maintaining H&S and RAMS
• Organising Subcontractors on site
• Reporting to the Construction Director

What you will have:

• Previous experience of newbuild industrial projects
  
• SMSTS & CSCS
• A knowledge of Civil & Groundworks is desirable
• Live locally in Liverpool
• Pervious UK-based experience is essential
