Exciting Site Manager opportunity to work on a major project in North London for a Tier 1 Contractor

About the role of Site Manager:

Work on a major project, looking after and delivering a highways package of works valued circa 10m.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

• Ensure works are constructed in line with approved design and specifications.
• Establish a safe working environment, complying with health and safety requirements at all times.
• Be responsible for tracking, raising and recording Technical queries, EWNs, RFIs
• Attend client meetings, progress meetings and commercial meetings where required.
• Liaise with the commercial team to ensure materials are delivered to site on time.

Requirements for Site Manager:

• Previous experience working on highways
• Experience working on below ground utilities
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• a recognised Civil Engineering qualifications
