An exciting Site Manager opportunity has arisen for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to join a long-term freelance contract for an immediate start.

This role will see you join a high-end residential project managing one of the blocks. You will be reporting to the Project Manager. While managing the block, you must also maintain a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

• Checking and preparing site reports
• Day-to-day liaising and staff reports
• Ensuring quality checks on site
• Ensuring subcontractors are working to deadlines and programme

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on RC frame projects with an internals bias
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid
