Our client, a Leicester-based specialist in high-quality gym fitouts nationwide, is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for a 9-week project in New Southgate, London.
This is a small site where you'll be expected to take a proactive, hands-on approach to managing day-to-day site operations. You'll be the lead on site, reporting directly to the Projects Director - a key client with whom we have a long-standing relationship.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing fast-track fitouts (gym or similar commercial interiors preferred)
Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example on a small site
Strong organisational and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness (all valid and in date)
