Optima Site Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to work for an established contractor client of Optima Site Solutions on a commercial projects based nationwide.

Work will commence immediately for the ongoing contract, potentially leading to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a good level of understanding in F&B fitout, ideally trade qualified (carpentry background) and hold valid SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid At Work
  • Responsible for being the point of contact between workers and Project Manager
  • Coordinating tasks for the day including but not limited to creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and daily inspections of site in accordance to drawings
  • Managing specialist sub-contractors and signing off their works
  • Procurement of standard materials from approved suppliers in advance
  • Activities on site are in line with health and safety procedures including conducting Toolbox talks

Key Skills Required:

  • SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work
  • Shopfitting experiance
  • Have exceptional written and spoken English
  • IT literate
  • Be highly self-motivated and have experience of delivering high quality projects in a pressurized environment
  • Have management experience of running commercial projects
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and a right first-time attitude
  • Own van

Package Offered:

  • Petrol receipts reimbursed
  • 25 per night for overnight stays
  • Hotel accommodation provided
  • 26.40 per hour
  • Flexible working hours
