Site Manager Overview:
We re recruiting a Site Manager to join a bespoke residential developer renowned for delivering exceptional, high-quality projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, heritage, and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to lead the construction of six luxury new-build homes in the picturesque Stratford-upon-Avon, where quality and attention to detail are of the utmost importance.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee all site operations to ensure the project stays on track, within budget, and meets the highest standards of construction and craftsmanship.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage subcontractors, specialist trades, and site teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise on-site to maintain momentum and prevent delays.
• Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with the client, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations (CDM, SMSTS, CSCS) to maintain a safe working environment.
• Budget and Cost Management: Work closely with the commercial team to effectively manage project costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Material Sourcing: Leverage your knowledge of local suppliers and the procurement process to source high-quality materials for the project.
