Involve Recruitment are in search of a Site Manager on a permanent basis for our client main contractor for a long term scheme based in Cardiff.
The right person will have 3 5+ years of experience, ideally coming from a main contractor background, and be confident managing commercial refurbishments, extensions, and multi-storey builds. We're not looking for someone to relocate this role is for a Cardiff-based candidate who knows the local landscape and trades.
You'll be hands-on, organised, and good with people someone who can keep a site running smoothly and safely, while working closely with our team and clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Based in or very near Cardiff
- 3 5+ years experience managing construction sites
- Commercial projects refurbishments, extensions, multi-storey
- From a main contractor background (preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
