We re recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a short-term commercial fit-out in Basingstoke, starting mid-July and lasting approximately 8 weeks.
You'll be managing minor construction works including partition walls installs, lighting changes, and AC system adjustments With plenty of client interaction and oversight of a small on-site team of up to 10 down to earth engineers

Key Details:
- Project: Office fit-out
- Team: Overseeing up to 10 workers at a time
- Location: Close to Basingstoke train station
- Hours: Flexible around 7:30/8AM to 4/4:30PM
- Reports: Weekly site reports required
- Expenses: Materials reimbursed
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid certification
- Ideally 2+ years' experience as a Commercial Fit Out Site Manager, but common sense and competence go further!
- Tower Crane license is a bonus but not essential
