Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Gloucester
Rate: 350 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 21 Weeks

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) elements of work on a key project in Gloucester. This is a contract position for 21 weeks, with responsibility for managing a range of construction packages and ensuring site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all CSA-related site activities.
• Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety checks.
• Act as Principal Contractor representative for CSA packages.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedule and quality standards.

• Raised Access Floors
• Brickwork
• Roofing

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• CSCS Card (relevant to role)
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant construction qualifications related to CSA disciplines
