Rate: 350 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 21 Weeks
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) elements of work on a key project in Gloucester. This is a contract position for 21 weeks, with responsibility for managing a range of construction packages and ensuring site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all CSA-related site activities.
- Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety checks.
- Act as Principal Contractor representative for CSA packages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedule and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- CSCS Card (relevant to role)
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Relevant construction qualifications related to CSA disciplines
