This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily site operations and coordinate all activities on-siteEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policiesMonitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlinesLiaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersMaintain accurate records and report regularly to senior managementRequirements:Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification (mandatory)Current First Aid certificationProven experience managing construction/refurbishment sites, preferably care homes or similar facilitiesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to start immediately
