Job Opportunity: Site Manager - Short-Term Contract

Location: Coventry
Duration: 24th July to 11th August 2025
Rate: 260 - 280 per day (depending on experience)
Project: School extension and internal refurbishment

Linsco are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term school project in Coventry. The works involve a small extension and internal refurbishment, with a tight schedule and high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is delivered on time and to specification
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
• Enforce health & safety compliance and maintain clean working conditions
• Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams as needed
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or school projects
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and deliver within a tight timeframe
