With high-end jobs across the South Coast, our client continues to grow and are looking for established Site Managers to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a Site Manager with experience working on bespoke properties.
This company is looking for an exceptional site manager. Well presented, intelligent and commercially aware. Longevity in past companies is important to this client as is the experience you have working within the niche luxury development sector.
You will also be compliant for site with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in order along with a superb attention for detail in terms of Health and Safety.
Requirements:
- Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Complete projects to the highest quality
- Maintain health & safety compliance on-site
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams
- Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges
