Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Plymouth

Start Date: 11th August 2025

Duration: 10 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week refurbishment project at a historic shed in Plymouth. The works include masonry repairs, redecoration, and the strip-off and full replacement of the roof.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely, on time, and to specification

• Coordinating materials, inspections, and deliveries

• Maintaining site records and reporting progress to the project team

Requirements:

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work
