We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fa ade systems and cladding for a 15-week contract on behalf of a leading Principal Contractor.
Project Overview:
The successful candidate will be overseeing a re-cladding project involving the removal of existing timber cladding and installation of RocPanel rainscreen cladding. The project also includes the replacement of the existing aluminium sub-frame, covering an area of approximately 300sqm.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising a team of 8 operatives on-site

Managing overall site activities and progress

Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

Coordinating materials, deliveries, and subcontractors

Reporting to the Contracts Manager with updates on timelines and milestones
Requirements:

Proven experience managing fa ade/cladding projects
-
Valid CSCS card
-
SMSTS qualification
-
Experience working with Principal Contractors on external envelope projects

Strong leadership and organisational skills
