Client: A Tier 1 Contractor with outstanding reputation is looking for a Site Manager with a Temporary Works Coordinator qualification to work on a temporary basis across two sites in Kent and South East London
Project: My client are seeking a Site Manager who has completed a Temporary Works Coordinator qualification to assist on a refurbishment on two schools in Kent and South East London
Responsibilities:
- A part time role across two schemes. 3 days a week

Coordinate and manage temporary works requirements for the project

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Liaise with the design team, contractors, and site personnel to implement safe systems of work

Maintain and manage temporary works documentation

Provide technical advice and support on temporary works issues
The Successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.
- CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.
- Enhanced DBS (This can be in application)
- Temporary Works Coordinator - CITB
- Recent workplace references
