About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Project Manager to oversee and deliver key infrastructure and civil engineering projects in the Falkland Islands. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote and beautiful environment, managing challenging and rewarding projects that have a lasting impact on the local community and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and contractors to ensure work is delivered on time and within scope.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging environments.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience working in overseas or remote environments.
