Our client is a specialist property developer who specialise in high quality residential led schemes in London and the Southeast.
They have recently secured a new project in Sutton, and they are now looking for a Site Manager to run the job.
This is a permanent full-time position. The project is a commercial/office space, the office space will consist of 22,000 sq ft.
Competitive package on offer for the right individual.
Skills and Requirements:
- Valid management CSCS card
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- Proven experience as a site manager on a similar type of project
- Experience in new build, commercial and residential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Health & safety and first aid certification
- Well-rounded knowledge of the construction sector
