Tier 2 Main Contractor covering New Build Projects in the Education, Commercial, Residential, Civic & Listed Buildings, Sports & Leisure Sectors ranging from £1m - £8m in value, and are looking to recruit a No1 Site Manager for a £2m New Build, Steel Frame School Project in West Sussex. The role will include Managing Sub Contractors, RAMS, Health & Safety, Programme, Daily Diary, Site Inductions, Client Liaison, Dealing with External Consultants, Progress Meetings, Ec and reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager. Candidates will have a stable, proven track record within Main Contracting and have worked on similar Size and Types of projects before.
