Site Manager
Newcastle
Full Time Monday to Friday 7:30-16:006 Weeks
Rate is circa £260 per day
Search are currently working in partnership with a Design & Build and Fit-Out Contractor who work across the UK.
Due to increased workload they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee a Commercial Fit-Out project in Newcastle.
The scope of works will include; Partitioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Installation of Flooring, Office Furniture and Audio & Visual Packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the entire project right through to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct tool box talks & issue permits
- Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality standards.
- Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on-site.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of managing Cat B Fit Out projects as No 1 on site.
- Excellent Leadership, IT & Written Communication skills
- A sound knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
Remuneration
This is a freelance position engaged through Search Consultancy. The day rate for this role is up to £260 per day, depending on experience.
