Job Title: Site Manager - CAT B Fit Out
Project Duration: 3 Weeks (Starting 04/08/2025)
Day Rate: 275 per day
Location: Sunderland
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-spec CAT B fit out project for Just Eat, based in Sunderland. This is a short-term contract role requiring a hands-on, organised, and proactive manager to take full responsibility for the site during the 3-week programme, starting August 4th, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site activities and manage subcontractors
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget
Enforce health & safety regulations and maintain a safe site at all times
Coordinate daily tasks and logistics to ensure smooth workflow
Carry out quality checks and ensure a high standard of finish
Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers as needed
Maintain all necessary site records and documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience managing CAT B commercial fit out projects
Valid SMSTS certification (required)
First Aid and CSCS card (preferred)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Able to manage fast-track programmes and tight deadlines
Available for the full 3-week duration
