4Site are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a well-established high-end residential main contractor, known for delivering exceptional refurbishments and new build projects in the £5m+ range. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards expected in the luxury residential market.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site operations from start to finish, including subcontractor coordination, site logistics, health & safety, and quality control

Ensure all works are carried out to specification, programme, and cost

Liaise with the project management team, architects, and high-end clients

Maintain strong on-site presence, proactively managing timelines, resources, and workforce

Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Requirements:

Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishments and/or new builds

Experience delivering projects valued £5m+

Strong trade background (essential)

Excellent leadership and communication skills
-
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
