Lerwick, Shetland Islands Brownlee Cale

Brownlee Cale require a Freelance Site Manager with road and ducting experience.

You will hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.Temporary Works would be advantageous

Duties will include:

• Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure the project runs on time and within budget.

• Manage subcontractors and labour, ensuring work is completed to the required standards.

• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all site policies.

• Monitor progress and report regularly to project stakeholders.

• Oversee quality control and resolve any on-site issues or defects quickly.

Both CIS and Umbrella PAYE working.

As well has a competitive (and negotiable day rate) there will be accommodation and travel provided.
