Overview

O'Neill & Brennan are looking for a Site Manager experienced in the Roofing and/or Cladding trades for a permanent position with a sub-contractor based in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial construction projects (schools, apartments) within the Midlands for Tier 1 contractors.
• Manage and coordinate roofing and/or cladding works on major developments.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS, and 1st Aid are preferred.
