Site Manager required for a project in Miles Platting, Manchester on a 5 week temporary basis.

Project is starting on Monday 22nd August 2025.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Implement project plans using Primavera P6 to track timelines and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

• First Aid
• SMSTS
• Asbestos awareness
• Ideally experience with working at height.

Hours are Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30.

Pay is negotiable dependent on experience.
