Konnect are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to run a high-end townhouse development in the prestigious Notting Hill area.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects.
Experience working with developers on bespoke / luxury schemes.
Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

Duration: 10-12 months
