Job Title: Site Manager - Fit-Out

Salary: Up to £270 a Day
The Client
Our client is a leading fit-out business that boasts a proven track record in property development and investment spanning more than 20 years. They are looking for a Fit-Out Site Manager for a 5 month project.
The Role of Site Manager
The Site Manager will be responsible for all aspects of cost control, co-ordination, installation/delivery, health & safety, and completion of our clients new build apartment fit-out project in Rochdale.
Applicants must have:
- Joinery Background
- CSCS Card (management or higher)
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- IT/Computer literate
- Experience of managing fit-out projects
- Full driving licence and own transport.
